He worked as a hardware design engineer with Intel Technologies and has gone through the usual physical and mental challenges faced by most in the IT industry. He found solace with Yoga, which he initially started to practice for physical strength and later took it full time.  He continued to explore more into the depths of various scientific techniques from medical and philosophical world by learning under physiotherapist and Research scholars respectively, and founded Yogavijnana to spread the science of Yoga. He is trained from direct disciples of Padma Shri, Padma Bushan B.K.S Iyengar. He is even a certified teacher from SVYASA University. In his teachings he focuses on the fundamentals of how body, mind and breath integrates when it interacts in the field of Gravity, thereby enabling one to go deeper into the inner feelings. For him Yoga is a lifestyle which grows from within by understanding oneself and not something which you are imposed by a teacher. He calls himself a secondary teacher with primary teacher being oneself.
